Is it Monday???

Every morning I have the kids Hanna wakes up and asks me what day it is. She is hoping that it is not Monday. On Mondays she has to go to Kindercare daycare. She hates it!!! On Mondays when she asks I just kind of ignore her and dont answer when she asks what day it is. Well she is getting very smart. She has figured me out!! Last week we got to the daycare and she was screaming at the top of her lungs that it was Saturday! She just kept yelling at me that it was Saturday she promised. All of the people were staring at us like she was crazy (and she was)!!! This past Monday I resorted to bribery!! Believe it or not it worked. She walked in all by herself with her new shiny black boots on of course! She could not wait to show Miss Patti her new boots. She walked in and sat down like she was dying for someone to ask her about them and then finally the teacher noticed her, more so because she had never seen her come in not screaming before. But anyway it was enough that I could leave without all of the drama!!! I think every Monday I am going to have to have a special bribe. Im sure you are all thinking what a bad idea that is but you have not been through the hair pulling and kicking tantrums we have been through this past few months!! Wish us luck!!! I am dreading when she has to start kindergarten. I have no idea where she got this from because I remember loving school and could not wait to go!! My Mother was so lucky to have child like me!!!

Ashly is 12!!!!

Ashly turned 12 on September 4. We just had her party with her friends on Friday night.

She wanted to go up to the canyons and roast hot dogs and marshmellows so that is what we did! I was really worried because I have never started a fire before but we invited Chad to help. We really were not sure he knew how but then my Mom reminded me that if he was an Eagle Scout he would have to know!! So it all worked out and I think all of the girls had a good time. 7 twelve year olds is just to much for me! I am really glad she did not ask for a slumber party!!!

When it was time to get back in the cars and go home Chad had to choose the 3 girls that were the cleanest to ride with him!! Someday he will realize it is impossible to have a clean car with children!!!

Happy 40th!!

We just want to wish Aunt Suzie (Liesl) a very Happy 40th Birthday!!! We love you! This is the only picture I have of you!!! Hope you are still talking to me by the end of the day!!!

I thought I was through with diapers!!!

I never thought in a million years I would have to put a diaper on a dog!!! SICK!! I never had a dog growing up so I thought my kids would love to have a dog. I very much regret that decision this week!! Im sure I will still love Cleo next week when this is all over but right now I really dont like her!
My kids think we need to let her have babies but as soon as this is over and they are at their Dads the dog is going to the vet so I never have to do this again!!
Chad said he feels like I never blog about him so here is a picture of him! He spent his Sunday morning helping me edge and mow my lawn!! He is so great! Thanks Chad!
By the way I finally figured out how to write inbetween the pictures!!! I am so excited! My Mom asked me to change my back ground so she would feel better about being my Mother but I love guitar hero so I told her I had to have it for a few more weeks!!!

Here are the pictures of the first day of school finally!!! Dont they look so happy! Here are some pictures of my kids at Tyson and Laurens wedding. The picture of the hill was a windmill farm on the way to Frezno. It was really cool. It really was the only cool thing on that long drive!!! The wedding was great just very far away. We are all so happy to have Lauren in our family now and so glad the wedding is over!!! I cant believe the summer is almost over and the cold weather is almost here!! I am not ready for that yet! We have not been to the pool enough yet!!! I am going to really try to be better at updating my blog! I promise Andy!!!!

First Day of School!!

We survived the first day of school!!! Ashly started 6th grade and Kayt started 2nd grade! They were so excited they all woke up and 7 am and we made pancakes and ate together ( That is very rare at our house!) I have pictures but I am at work so I will post the pictures as soon as I get home!

The Ranch!!!

Its our annual 4th of July reunion!!! I have to work on the 4th so my parents decided to take my kids with them until I can come up on Friday night!!! I cant believe they took Hanna with them. Hanna was crying when they left. Ashly text me and said she was doing ok! I gave her a box of fruit snacks and told her just to eat them the whole way there!!! I hope she minded me! My Dad looked like he was going to kill one of them so I hope I still have 3 kids when I get to Vernal! I cant wait to get there for the water fight. It will be great!!! Chad is not coming with me.
